Amwaj association for Community Development and improvement with it’s ambitious youth team have organized an entertaining day at Shifa Hospital in Gaza on Monday 24/12/2018 entitled 'Together we will defeat the disease'. The team took a tour in the hospital departments, distributing gifts, organized sessions with patients and their families, and introducing entertainment shows with toys.
Mr. Waleed Shaqoura, the board Chairman of the association, confirmed on the importance of organizing such activities to support the patients, enhance their psychology, create an atmosphere of care and contribute to reduce their feeling of pain and help them to defeat the disease. He added that the association seeks to make networking and cooperation with all parties and institutions to provide patients services and provide psychological and material support for this category.
Amwaj association has a continuous program of visits in its humanitarian efforts to support these categories .
