Amwaj Association for Community Development and Improvement, in partnership with Gaza Group for Culture and Development Association, carried out a humanitarian activity that involved distributing blankets to affected families in Al-Salam Camp, north of the Gaza Strip, as part of efforts to support the most needy families and alleviate their suffering amid the difficult humanitarian and economic conditions that residents of the area are experiencing. This activity was implemented after identifying the needs of a large number of families suffering from harsh living conditions, especially with the drop in temperatures and the lack of basic materials that help them withstand the winter cold. The initiative targeted the affected and most vulnerable families, including those living in simple homes or lacking basic living necessities. Field teams and volunteers from both associations worked on preparing the blankets and organizing the distribution process in an orderly manner to ensure that the aid reached its rightful recipients according to clear criteria based on the social and humanitarian status of the beneficiary families.
