The project "Youth Engagement in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding in the Gaza Strip" comes in response to the urgent need to empower the youth and enhance their role in building a more cohesive society capable of facing challenges. The youth represent a significant force in Palestinian society, and they are the most capable of effecting positive change when provided with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and opportunities. From this perspective, the project seeks to develop the capacities of Palestinian youth in the field of conflict transformation and peacebuilding culture, through training programs and practical activities that help them understand the nature of conflicts and how to deal with them in peaceful and constructive ways. The project aims to prepare youth to be active members of their community, capable of positive engagement with their peers, and leading initiatives and community activities that promote the spirit of cooperation and understanding among community members. The project also focuses on instilling values of tolerance, dialogue, and respect for diversity, and works to spread a culture of resolving disputes peacefully, away from violence or escalation. The project believes that peacebuilding begins within the community and from the youth's ability to manage differences in an aware and responsible manner. The project includes a series of trainings and workshops
